Shipping Policy

Effective as of June 1st , 2025

Orders shipped via FedEx, DHL, and EMS are charged according to the current rates of the respective
carriers. Shipping, freight charges, and insurance will be paid by the customer. Shipping charges quoted
are for delivery only; the buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and
other related costs. All sales are made at the FOB shipping port in Incheon, Republic of Korea.
Shipping or freight charges from Withwave’s facility are prepaid and included in the invoice; otherwise,
they are billed separately.
Subject to Withwave’s right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the goods to the carrier will constitute
delivery to the customer, and title and risk of loss will pass to the customer. Withwave will make
reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to the customer’s
requested delivery date(s). The customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Withwave are
estimates only and that Withwave will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates. The selection of the
carrier and delivery route will be made by Withwave unless specifically designated by the customer.
