Cryogenic Low-Noise Amplifiers

Withwave’s cryogenic InP HEMT amplifier for C-band(4 to 8 GHz) which is able to be used for
quantum computing and space communications delivers high gain and extreme low noise figure properties.
LNAs are tested at both 295 K and 4 K by using Withwave’s cryogenic RF measurement system, and provided with a performance report.

It is highly recommended to be used in a vacuum environment with below the dewpoint.
